ROLAND FADDOUL
Roland Faddoul is the Director SOLIDARE LIMITED
Graduated from Institute St. Antoine with a bachelor’s in Business Administration/Accounting and Programming Computers
Beginning his career in 1996 as a Cross-trainee for three years, in the Different Companies outlets and departments. (Lebanon) Learning the ethnics & procedures of business and customer services. Along with Theoretical & Practical knowledge in accounting. And also served one year in the Lebanese Army.
In 1999 he joined NLNG Bonny Island (Nigeria). In 2000 he joined SHELL Nigeria Warri Delta State as a production, Coast/Quality Control Supervisor. In 2002 he joined Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited
With over 12 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Roland Faddoul became the Director SOLIDARE LIMITED in 2013. Here he has oversaw the implementation of control processes, in line with the company’s growth plan and he is now responsible for SOLIDARE LIMITED interest in new ventures., re-engineering systems that will help the company assume an unbiased and firm stance in the evolving global oil market.
Toufic Solomon is happily married … ….children and enjoys reading, Hunting, Squash and music. In Nigeria, he has worked with prominent companies such as NLNG Bonny Island, Shell, Conoco Energy, and Mobil Producing Nigeria, handling roles in supervision, cost/quality control, public relations, accounting, and supply chain management. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of SJ Abed General Enterprises and as a Director at Solidare Limited.
SOLOMON CHARLES TOUFIC
Toufic Solomon is the Director / Managing Director SOLIDARE LIMITED
Graduated from Renshaws University with a bachelor’s in Business & Finance.
Beginning his career in 1998 with Flour mills Nigeria, as a trainee accountant. In 2002 he rose to the position of a Financial Controller & Purchase Manager with H.P.I Africa Ltd.
With over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Toufic Solomon became Director / Managing Director SOLIDARE LIMITED in 2013. Here he has strategized the company by positioning it to be a front runner in the industry. He has also formulated policies and introduced business process, re-engineering systems that will help the company assume an unbiased and firm stance in the evolving global oil market.
Toufic Solomon is happily married with two children and enjoys reading, cycling and walking in the countryside with his canine friends.
OGU JOHNSON DIKAIBE
Johnson Ogu is the Lead Contracts SOLIDARE LIMITED
Graduated from Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Beginning his career in 2000 with Ministry of Works and Transport Owerri Imo State Nigeria, as a junior quantity surveyor. In 2006 he joined Tosaco Construction & Engineering Nig Ltd as a construction quantity surveyor. In 2008 he joined JETCO CONSTRUCTION NIG LTD as a project Quantity Surveyor.
With over 14 years of experience in the construction and oil and gas industry, Johnson Ogu Joined SOLIDARE LIMITED in 2015 as a senior Quantity surveyor project. Working on all aspects of estimating, quantity surveying, project controls and contract administration focused on the Oil & Gas sector. With his extensive experience within the areas of project controls, system design, implementation and contract management. In January 2023 he rose to the title of Lead Quantity Surveyor. then in 2024 he rose to the title Lead Contracts.
Johnson Ogu is happily married with a child and enjoys reading, cycling and walking, visiting projects sites and travelling.
